Tracking your Order
If you need to check the status of your order, you can log onto our website using your email address and the password you supplied when you ordered and check the status of your order.
Payment Methods
We accept Credit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express). All credit card orders are subject to final verification and approval. Each order will be security checked, verified and confirmed before shipment. It may take 1-2 working days, depending on the payment type and data provided. We will confirm the availability of your order the same day if it is placed before 1p.m. (CST) and the next business day if placed after 1p.m.(CST). All the items will be shipped after the verification and approval process is complete. All orders will be shipped after the funds are received from buyer's financial institution. You will be notified via email in regards to your approval and shipment.

Return and Exchange Policy
If you are not satisfied with our products, you can return them within 14 days of delivery (basket should be packed in its original pack as delivered). You will receive the refund within 3-4 business days after the return of the item.
To proceed with the return correctly, please, contact us via our contact information and explain the matters of your situation as well as to give us the tracking information on a returned package.
If you have received a damaged item, we will gladly send you a replacement of the same item. In the event that it is out of stock, you can pick out any other item of the same value.
Attention!
All Chocolate gift baskets may not be available in hot months (approx. May--September)Chocolate products that are included in other gift baskets (not all chocolate baskets) may be substituted for cookies or other heat resistant sweets, such as hard candy.
OUT-OFF STOCK ITEMS
Even though we are proud to announce that we keep a great variety of products in stock, occasionally certain items can be placed on back order. You will be notified via email if this occurs.
If you do not wish to wait for item availability, you may cancel your order. If we do not hear from you in regards to your cancellation before the item is shipped out, we will assume you agreed to the shipment delay.
If we are unable to deliver the item within 30 days, your order will be automatically cancelled and refunds issued. If only part of your order was cancelled, refunds will be issued accordingly (for the cancelled item(s)).
SUBSTITUTIONS
We reserve the right to make substitutions of equal value in the event that there is a shortage of any product. In an effort to ensure that your gift arrives on time, we reserve the right to substitute an item of equal or greater value. In making substitutions, we take great care and consideration in selecting gifts that will meet or exceed the expectations of both the gift giver and recipient.
Canceling/Changing your order
If you need to cancel/change your order before it ships please notify us immediately at
866-4-www-BDI. Once the order has shipped and not yet been delivered you will only be charged for shipping and the merchandise will be credited. If the order has already shipped, there may be a $20 fee to change the address.
GUARANTEE POLICY
At Boss Designed It Gift Baskets we pride ourselves on quality and service. We guarantee to make every effort to provide your gift in a timely manner. If you are not completely satisfied, please let us know and we will correct the problem to your satisfaction. When an order is received it typically takes 12 hours to complete. Please let us know when you check out if there is a specific time of arrival for your gift. All of the gift baskets are shown without the outer wrap and bow. The finished gift basket will have an outer wrap and decorative bow to match the theme of the gift basket
